2025 Track & Field Schedule

Track season officially starts on Monday Feb. 24th.  Practice times will be Mon-Fri 3-5pm.  Some practices may be extended until 5:30 once or twice a week. This will be for specialized events, like high jump or triple jump, and we'll let you know ahead of time. 

What you'll need once practices begin:

* Layers - if temps are below 50°F, long sleeves and pants/tights will be required.

* Refillable water bottle (preferably with your name on it somewhere)

* Good running shoes (spikes are optional)

On Thursday, Feb. 20, there is a mandatory informational meeting for athletes who want to participate from 3-4pm in the cafeteria.  This is for ATHLETES ONLY and we will NOT practice this day.  We will have a parent meeting on Feb 27th, 6-7pm in the cafeteria.  

Athletes must have a current VHSL physical on file with the school before they can practice.  You can also bring your physical to our meeting on the 20th.
