Pre-season workout information
Optional pre-season group runs will begin July 9th at BMS on Mon & Wed 8:15-9:15am and Fri 8:15-9:30am. Meet at BMS near the gym entrance. These will go through 8/1 and regular season afternoon practices should begin ~8/4 (3-4:30pm).

What you’ll need once practices begin:
good running shoes
refillable water bottle (preferably with your name on it somewhere)
watch with some kind of stopwatch feature.
Optional - towel or yoga mat to lie on during warm-ups
Athletes must have a current VHSL sports physical (dated after May 1, 2025) on file with the school. (Last year’s physicals are only good through June 30, 2025)
