2025 General Information

All athletes must have a physical for this year on file at the middle school for this year before you can try out or practice.

Parents and athletes meeting: Monday August 18 th from 6:00-7:00 pm in BMS auditorium

All information will be posted on Remind. This is the best way to contact me. For Remind send a text to 81010. Then text this message @bburgswim

All swim practices will take place at Shawnee Swim Club

Tryouts: Shawnee Swim Club August 19 th , 20 th , and 21 st 7:20-8:00 pm; Address: 1301 Toms Creek Rd, Blacksburg, VA 24060

Practices:

August 25 th , 26 th 28 th 7:20-8:00 pm

September 2, 3, 4 from 4:00-5:00 pm

From September 8 th through Oct 9 th practice will be Monday-Thursday at Shawnee 4:00-5:00 pm.

At Shawnee, parents can watch from the pavilion, grass or office area. Please no parents on the deck. Please be prompt to pick your children up from the pool. No food or drink allowed on the pool deck (no glass containers allowed in the pool area).
